Unfortunately, due to parties failing to cancel or amend bookings in the past we require card payment details to secure your reservation. Your card details will only used under these circumstances and are securely kept with a third party called Stripe, and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. By making a reservation at Pig & Whistle Restaurant you agree to our reservation cancellation terms.
Our cancellation terms
We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold your table for 15 minutes but it will be released if we have not been contacted. A £20 fee per person will be charged to your card if you don’t show up to your booking. We are unable to move bookings to another date or time if we do not receive 12 hours notice.
A booking will incur a fee of £20 per person if we do not receive 12 hours’ notice of any cancellation or amendments to your reservation. On occasion we may ask for your table to be vacated by a certain time, we will always advise you of this at the time of making your reservation and we ask that customers be respectful of this policy.
Amending a reservation
We are a small independent restaurant and rely on all reservations being honoured so we kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation, you do so as soon as possible. Please contact our reservations team on Email, Whatsapp message, Facebook message, Instagram message and they will be happy to help.
Dietary requirements
Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies to ensure we can prepare suitable alternatives in advance given that we are working with a set or limited fresh food menu. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion or if there is anything you feel would make your dining experience with us more memorable.
